Job Description:
Keyrus EPM Americas is looking for a Talent Development Coordinator to join our team. Reporting to the Talent Development Manager, the individual will work with a dynamic team of subject matter experts, trainers, and enablement experts to support the day-to-day operations of the Talent Development team, including scheduling logistics for onboarding, trainings, administering our Learning Management system (LMS) and ensuring all training materials are current and branded. The coordinator will also support the creation, design and delivery of new and ongoing enablement courses internally and externally.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Assist in the coordination of new employee enablement cohorts, including creating onboarding schedules, learning profiles and more.
  • Upload, test, maintain, and optimize new and recurring enablement content in the LMS.
  • Troubleshoot problems, research, and develop solutions for improved LMS functionality and learner engagement/useability in the system
  • Support Managers with grading, troubleshooting, and fielding new hire questions
  • Provide program management support to new and recurring instructional design projects, including coordinating meetings, monitoring learning milestones
  • Partner with department leaders and subject matter experts to discuss instructional design and content development for their respective fields
  • Support the Training Development Manager to identify learning deficits, articulate course design, and apply learning objectives to create a supportive educational environment.  
  • Learn and optimize the use of appropriate technologies to support Talent Development
  • Contribute to the design and development of remote learning materials including self-study modules, instructional videos/recordings, presentations, step by step guides, etc.
  • Examine learner feedback data (surveys) to evaluate training effectiveness and improve teaching strategies, relevance of content, and learning objectives for both internal and external learners
  • Provides general administrative support to the Talent Development Manager


  • 2 years of experience in coordinating trainings, Learning Management Systems, learning design, or curriculum creation.
  • Strong analytic and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot in an online remote learning environment
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Excellent collaboration skills with ability to maintain successful cooperative working environment cross functionality and remotely
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize work to use time efficiently and complete tasks accurately and on time
  • Competence in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and a capacity to learn new technology tools
  • An avid problem solver who is unafraid to question the status quo in search of continuous improvement
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Education, IT, Training, HR or related field
